HOUSTON, TX – September 30, 2024 – PAGEWOOD and Wile Interests, both Houston-based real estate owners, operators, and developers, in a joint venture together announced three office tenants joining The Quad at Brittmoore— an adaptive, mixed-use development currently undergoing transformation located in Spring Branch near Memorial on Interstate 10 and Beltway 8.

“The redevelopment of The Quad has taken industrial warehouses and transformed them into a unique, four-building boutique workspace community in one of the city’s fastest growing areas,” said Randolph Wile, President of Wile Interests. “We’re thrilled to bring innovative, technology office tenants that build upon the energy we’ve created at our campus.”

New office tenants to The Quad include:

Homebase, a global technology firm. The 10,588 square foot space, one of two national headquarters for the company, will support the company’s mission in helping small businesses manage their hourly workforce. Homebase was represented by Noah Kruger of Savills.

Digital Wildcatters, an energy technology firm. The 4,829 square foot space will support the company’s mission in building the platform, resources, and network for the next generation of energy professionals. Digital Wildcatters was represented by Derick Perkins of Alpine Partners.

Siepe, a cloud-based technology firm. The 4,451 square foot space will support the company’s mission in providing public cloud managed services and data analytics designed to address the needs of asset managers. Siepe was represented by Bryant Lach of JLL.

Other office tenants at The Quad include PAGEWOOD and Dataprise. Parker Noble and Matt Asvestas of Stream Realty represented the landlord.

“Adding Homebase, Digital Wildcatters, and Siepe to our evolving development builds upon the community we set out to create when acquiring this collection of industrial warehouses,” said Mat Volz, Managing Principal of PAGEWOOD. “We are thrilled with the transformation, and we are excited to finish the reimagining of the warehouses with best-in-class tenants who build upon community we have already created at The Quad.”

The teams have already begun construction on three of the four buildings that comprise The Quad. Updates feature exterior enhancements including new glass storefront entrances, lighting and landscape, and a modernized façade of oversized windows and attractive siding. Interior enhancements include newly designed office suites with bright interiors and lighting, new restrooms, upgraded mechanical equipment, and plush, common seating areas designed for collaboration.
