LEVCOR Announces Opening of Five New Restaurants & Shops at Post Oak Plaza

Newly transformed shopping center in Uptown Houston adds more dining and first-to-Texas retail stores

HOUSTON, TX – June 12, 2024 – LEVCOR, a commercial real estate owner, operator and developer with a growing national footprint, announced the addition of five new retailers at Post Oak Plaza—a bustling shopping center with a mix of shops, restaurants and services located at the intersection of Post Oak Boulevard and San Felipe Road in Uptown Houston.

New restaurants and home goods shops now open at Post Oak Plaza include:

Local Foods, a local restaurant serving fresh and hyper-seasonal dishes in a casual setting. The 3,016 square foot space features an expansive patio and is the fourth location in the Houston area featuring ‘made-from-scratch daily’ offerings using only the best ingredients from across the state. Their intentional, local partner approach inspires every sandwich, salad, soup, and seasonal side.

Rakkan Ramen, a Japanese ramen restaurant offering healthy and tasty ramen. The 1,856 square foot space offers the brand’s 100% plant-based broth full of Umami.

Tacodeli, an Austin-based, all-day taqueria serving food all prepared by hand, every day. The 2,833 square foot space serves a variety of build your own and signature tacos for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week.

Saatva, a luxury mattress company specializing in products that encourage healthy, quality sleep. Their modern and immersive 4,000 square foot Viewing Room showcases a full range of handcrafted mattresses, designer home furnishings, and eco-friendly sleep products and allows visitors to explore the brand with the help of the latest technology.

Bosch/Thermador/Gaggenau, a luxury appliance showroom showcasing the latest home solutions for Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau. The 14,777 square foot space is the first Texas location and offers an interactive experience with the brand’s home products.

These five restaurants and home retailers join others including Nando’s Peri Peri, Balboa Surf Club, Bluestone Lane, il Bracco, Kenny & Ziggy’s, Arhaus, Kohler, and Bassett Furniture–all opened during the renovation.

All retail, restaurants, and services now open at Post Oak Plaza include Arhaus, Balboa Surf Club, Bassett Furniture, Bill Walker Clothier, Bluestone Lane, Body20, Bosch/Thermador/Gaggenau, Eye Elegance, FedEx, Home Source, il Bracco, Kenny & Ziggy’s, Kohler, Local Foods, Madison Lily, Nando’s Peri Peri, Pinto Ranch, Post Oak Nail Lounge, Rakkan Ramen, Saatva, Tacodeli, Toys to Love, and UPS.

Brittney Austin, Linda Rubiola, and Rand Horowitz of Shop Companies assisted in leasing and BRR Architecture led the exterior redesign of the shopping center.

Post Oak Plaza is 98% leased.
